The service was FRIENDLY with parking on site. The staff were very attentive, as I could only expect. Location: the hotel was close to the mountains.

After a week in the mountains, we were thrilled to find Hotel Chavin. The staff kindly moved us to a quiet room at the back, away from the busy street. Anna and her team were incredibly friendly and even gave us full body hugs when we left. The location was perfect for exploring markets, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, had a good heating system, and excellent security. Emmanuel, a staff member, was helpful and kind. the hotel provided a comfortable stay and is the best option in this part of Peru.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside the hotel during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. the breakfast was not included and was quite expensive for what was offered.

During our stay, the hotel was undergoing maintenance work which caused some issues with our reservation. The elevator was not functioning, resulting in having to climb to the 6th floor.
